Both Richard and Cindy were licensed in 1998 with Richard going on to get his Broker�s license. From 2001-2003 they diligently continued their education through the Realtor Graduate Institute and were awarded the GRI designation. Realtors who have achieved this designation have in-depth training in legal and regulatory issues, technology, professional standards, and the sales process. In addition, they achieved their Accredited Buyer�s Representative (ABR) and Certified Negotiation Specialist (CNS) designations as well. The ABR designation is designed for real estate buyer agents who focus on working directly with buyer-clients at every stage of the home-buying process and CNS is designed specifically to give Realtors the knowledge, training, and ability needed to become an expert negotiator-a vital skill required for real estate transactions . Richard and Cindy both have achieved prestigious and high awards of excellence from Coldwell Banker and the Mineral Area Board of Realtors for their achievements.
